2. Estimates and Pricing

All quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection or inquiry. Pricing may change if:

Property conditions differ from what was originally represented

Excessive overgrowth or debris is present
Access to the property is restricted

Bryantown Lawn Care reserves the right to update pricing at any time.

3. Scheduling and Property Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the property during scheduled service times, including:

Unlocking gates
Securing pets
Removing obstacles, toys, hoses, or vehicles from service areas

If we are unable to complete service due to inaccessible conditions, a service fee may still apply.

Weather conditions may require services to be delayed or rescheduled for safety and quality purposes.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms shall be as agreed upon between Bryantown Lawn Care and the customer prior to service.

Accepted payment methods may include cash, check, electronic payment, or other approved payment methods.

Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of future services and additional collection efforts where permitted by law.

Returned checks may incur an additional fee.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Customers may cancel scheduled services by providing at least 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled service date.

Failure to provide proper notice may result in a cancellation fee.

If you are dissatisfied with a service, you must notify Bryantown Lawn Care within 48 hours of service completion so we may evaluate and address the issue.

Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of Bryantown Lawn Care.

6. Property Conditions and Liability

Customers are responsible for notifying us of:

Underground utilities
Sprinkler systems
Hidden obstacles
Delicate landscaping features
Pet waste or hazardous conditions

Bryantown Lawn Care is not responsible for damage caused by:

Hidden or improperly marked objects
Pre-existing property conditions
Unstable terrain or ground conditions
Normal lawn stress caused by mowing during wet conditions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
